From February 17 to 21, 2025, Keyaniyan employee Max Ventzke had the opportunity to find out about the latest developments in the food industry and establish new business relationships at the “Gulfood” in Dubai.

With over 5,500 international exhibitors from more than 190 countries and at least one million products, “Gulfood”, which takes place annually at the Dubai World Trade Center, is the most important platform for everyone involved in the food and beverage industry. With a diverse supporting program of specialist lectures, cooking shows, start-up competitions and discussion panels, the trade fair offers valuable insights into the latest developments in sustainability, food technologies and market trends.

This year, particular attention will be paid to aspects such as plant-based nutrition, artificial intelligence in food production and solutions for a sustainable supply chain.
